He joined Ear Nose and Throat Associates of Southeasten Connecticut in 1998. He has a Board-Certification from the American Academy of Otolarygology-Head and Neck Surgery, and offers quality care in all areas of ear, nose and throat disorders. He has a particular interest in the surgical management of thyroid and sinus disease, as well as a the full scope of pediatric ENT disorders.
He hails from Rockville, CT and currently resides in Stonington with his wife and three children.

Dr. Boisoneau graduated cum laude from the University of Vermont in 1989 with a B.A. in Zoology.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut in 1995, and then completed a five-year residency in Otolaryngology also at UCONN.
He joined Ear Nose and Throat Associates of Southeastern Connecticut in 2001. He is Board-Certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and has held multiple leadership positions in this organization. He is passionate about advocating for patients and physicians on the state and national level. He has a broad range of interests covering most aspects of pediatric and adult ear, nose and throat disorders, including sinus disease and thyroid surgery.
Born and raised in the Manchester CT area, he currently resides in Pawcatuck with his wife, and has three grown children. He thoroughly enjoys the lifestyle offered in Southeastern CT including biking, golfing, boating, skiing.

Khalil Rahman, M.D.
Kahalil Rahman, M.D.
Dr. Rahman is a lifelong Connecticut fan, having completed all of his education here. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut in Storrs with a B.S. in Pathobiology with a minor in Molecular and Cellular Biology in 2015.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut in 2020 which included a one year research internship with the Otolaryngology Department at UCONN. He went on to complete a five year Otolaryngology (ENT) residency also at UCONN.
As a part of the Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates of SECT, Dr. Rahman has reaffirmed his continued passion to serve the CT community. He has interests in all aspects of pediatric and adult ear, nose, and throat disorders.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Rahman enjoys spending time by the water with his wife and two cats, and has hobbies including snowboarding, biking, playing guitar, boating, sailing, and MOST OF ALL fishing.

Russell graduated from Old Dominion University in Virginia before moving to New York to attend PA School.
Russell has been practicing for over 30 years and comes to us with 12+ years of ENT experience.
Russ will be seeing patients Monday thru Friday in our Waterford location on Route 1.
