Appointment Policies
Making an Appointment
You may call our office to schedule an appointment. Dial (860) 442-0407 option #0. Our phones are promptly answered by our friendly & helpful staff between 8:30 a.m. & 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. **Phones are not answered during the lunch hour 12pm – 1pm.
Canceling an Appointment
There is a $45 fee charged to patients for missed appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment, kindly give at least a 24 hour notice. If you are unable to call during regular business hours, you may call our answering service at 860-325-4155.
Co-pays
Co-pays must be paid in full at the time of the visit.
Prescription Refills
For your convenience, we e-prescribe. For the most efficient service on routine refills, please call your pharmacy directly. Please allow 48 hours for all prescription refills. We do not check messages for routine refills on weekends and/or holidays.
Questions About Your Bill
Your insurance company is the best resource for most billing questions. If you have not already done so, please call the number on your insurance card. If your insurance company cannot resolve the issue, you may call our office at 860-442-0407 and press 3 to be routed to our billing manager.
